Understanding The NDIS
NDIS stands for national disability insurance scheme which is a new funding method which helps people with disability access much needed support for day to day living. The NDIS takes the lifetime approach, investing in people with disability early to improve their life later on.
The NDIS uses the person-centered approach which gives choice and control to disabled people to live their life the way they like.
